Heated Pool
Solar Heating
The swimming pool at Estrella Lodge is solar heated which means by Easter the pool is at a really enjoyable temperature for swimming, for the hardy the pool is useable all year as it does not go below 10°C. During the summer the pool is heated to a minimum temperature of 30°C, during May the pool temperature ranges between 27 and 29°C
To make things more comfortable we have had the pool surround coated in a product called 'Poolsafe' this is effectively crushed rubber, so instead of the concrete we have a nice, soft rubber 'carpet' it is also non slip
The pool is 10m x 5m 1.35m at the shallow end and 2.35m at the deep end where we have a spring board
We have numerous toys and floats for you to enjoy in the pool, the main challenge being - can you ride the dolphin?
If you are lucky Chester will join you for a game of ball
On the other hand you could just relax on a li lo
